訂單處理時間 

若符合以下條件，訂單確認後將立即處理：

  • 工作日（週一至週五）的工作時間（09:00-17:00）。
  • 有庫存。
  • 非公眾假期。
  • 無危險/危險天氣條件和自然災害發生。 

國際運輸選擇 

商店可以安排國際運輸，並將提供更多詳細資訊和費率。除非另有說明，客戶應對國際運費負責。 

運費

運費以第三方送貨公司確定的費率為準。 運費可能會根據促銷活動而變化，和/或根據用於計算運費的第三方軟體可能會產生額外費用。

本地交付選項

顧客將自動選擇使用順豐速運進行本地（香港）送貨。 選擇使用其他服務的客戶可以聯絡我們安排，我們將不負責因選擇該快遞而產生的額外費用。

退貨、變更和取消

退貨請參閱退貨及退款政策。 您可以透過 sales@tooboothglobal.com 聯絡我們進行更改和取消 請盡快聯絡我們，因為交貨訂單一經發出，將不接受更改和取消要求。 我們將盡最大努力進行更改，但一旦貨物發送給快遞公司，交貨所需的詳細資訊就無法更改。 

潛在的服務中斷

例如，自然災害、颱風、暴雨、風暴、暴動、政治糾紛、戰爭、恐怖主義攻擊等可能會中斷訂單處理時間和交貨可用性。請用常識來衡量這一點，因為在這些時期社會無法正常運作。我們將盡最大努力回答您的問題，但請理解，我們無法控制自然天氣模式、自然災害和大規模人群流動等。

 

Order processing times

The order is processed immediately after confirmation if the following conditions are met:

    • During working hours (09h00-17h00) during workdays (Monday-Friday).
    • Stock is available.
    • Non public holidays.
    • No dangerous/ hazardous weather condition and natural disaster occurrence.

International shipping options

International Shipping can be arranged with shop and further details and rates will be provided. Customers are responsible for the international shipping rates unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are based on the rates determined by the third-party delivery company rates. 

Shipping rates are subjected to change based on promotions and/or extra charges may incur based on third-party software used to calculate shipping rates.

Local delivery options

Customers are opted automatically to use SF Express for local (HK) deliveries.

Customers who chooses to use other services can do so by contacting us to arrange, we will not be responsible for extra costs incurred by the choice of said courier.

Returns, changes and cancellations

Please refer to Return policy for returns.

Changes and cancellations can be made by contacting us at sales@tooboothglobal.com

Please do contact us ASAP as changes and cancellations requests will not be accepted once delivery order had been made.

Changes will be made to the best of our ability but details required for delivery are impossible to change once the goods have been sent out to courier.

Potential service interruptions

For instance such as natural disasters, Typhoons, heavy rain, storms, riots, political disputes, war, terrorism attacks may interrupt order processing time and delivery availability. Please use common sense to gauge this as societal processes cannot function as normal during these times. We will answer your questions to the best of our ability but please understand that we have no control over natural weather patterns, natural disasters and mass crowd movements etc.
